Dear Fellow Members,

Brian and I had a wonderful time at this year’s Elks National Convention in Chicago, Illinois. During the business meetings, Connecticut was once again recognized up front, thanks to our state ranking third in increased member-ship. While we were there, we also had the opportunity to visit the Elks Na-tional Memorial, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary. If you would like to read more about what took place during the convention, I printed the daily newsletters and placed them in the Members’ Lounge for you to re-view.

There are still plenty of summer events coming up, and we are looking for volunteers to help make them successful, including the Golf Tournament and Rock the Pond. If you are interest-ed in lending a hand, please reach out, and we will connect you with the right people.
